Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts, Southwest Florida’s leading hospitality management and marketing organization, has announced that in accordance with City of Sanibel proclamation, the corporation will open and welcome overnight guests to West Wind Island Resort, Beachview Cottages, Castaways Cottages and Sanibel Captiva Island Vacation Rentals effective Saturday, May 16.
Currently, SCBR’s flagship resort — ‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa of Captiva Island — has been welcoming overnight guests since May 1, in accordance with Lee County lodging guidelines.
Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts has enacted strict Guest Health Policies and Procedures that follow CDC and other governmental guidelines, for the health and safety of guests and employees. These guidelines are found at the link here.
Guests to West Wind Island Resort of Sanibel will enjoy private Gulf of Mexico beaches, private pool, outstanding food and beverage from Normandie Seaside Cafe (dine in or take out breakfast, lunch and dinner), free bicycle rentals, free paddleboard rentals, no resort fees when you book direct and more free amenities based on length of stay. 2-Night minimum stays are required through June 15, to allow for strict guestroom sanitation procedures.
