Yes, a $25 Resort Fee is applicable per night, per reservation.

Effective 5/24/2024, we provide each reservation of 3 or more nights with a $25 Resort Credit per night, per reservation, to enjoy any services or products you may wish to charge to your room. One or two night stays do not qualify for the resort credit.

For Guest Rooms, Studios and One Bedroom Suites: Cancellations must be made up to 14 days prior to arrival date and there is a $35 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of arrival, cancellations are non-refundable and will result in a charge for one night plus tax. Within 14 days of arrival, if you need to shorten your stay, you will be responsible for all nights booked. The rate may vary when modifying your arrival, departure and / or number of people.

For Cottages, Two-and-Three Bedroom Suites: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check in date with a $35 cancellation fee. 30 days prior half of your remaining balance is due and at that time you are non-refundable. We do offer deposit protection on the 30 day call as well. Rates may vary if you modify your dates of arrival or departure or your number of guests.

We take a one night’s deposit at the time of booking for guestrooms, studios and one-bedroom suites.

Guest rooms, studios & 1 bedroom suites receive (1) one complimentary parking pass and any additional vehicle will be $35 per car, per night.

2 & 3 bedroom suites & cottages will receive (2) two complimentary parking passes and any additional vehicle will be $35 per car, per night.

If you are traveling to the resort by boat, you do not need a hurricane pass to stay overnight at ‘Tween Waters. Booking a boat slip in advance is strongly encouraged.
