Utilizing the official, daily-updated Water Quality Status Map from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (listed as a traveler resource on the informational website Clear Purpose), any day in which a RED dot appears on the map, within the designated geographic areas of our resorts, extending 5 miles west into the Gulf, is considered “100% Worry Free Guaranteed.” This means whether prior to your reservation or during your stay with us, you may choose to cancel all or part of your reservation, and receive remaining full paid value, without any penalty, should a RED dot appear within our designated area of influence. This applies only to cancellations and subsequent check-outs; this is not applicable to persons who choose to continue their reservation or vacation.

Weather.

Our same “100% Worry Free Guarantee” applies should any hurricane or tropical storm (named by NOAA) approach within 100 miles of Sanibel or Captiva Islands, Florida, or at your home location, affecting your ability to travel to our islands. This applies only to cancellations and subsequent check-outs; this is not applicable to persons who choose to continue their reservation or vacation.

Note: If on-property during your vacation, cancellations are not valid toward the date you notify us of cancellation, but any date(s) following the day of notice of cancellation (unless a mandatory evacuation is announced). No rebates or monetary values are provided for unused “Resort Reward” coupons. Other restrictions may apply.
